30-day return requests
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return before sending an item back.
Return conditions
Items must be unused, in the condition received, with tags where applicable and in their original packaging. Eligibility may depend on the item and any restrictions stated on its product listing at purchase. We may reduce a refund for items used, damaged or handled more than necessary, subject to applicable law.
How to request a return
Email info@cushionism.shop with your order number and reason for return. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, describe the issue. Please contact us before shipping so we can provide instructions; retain the item and packaging until we respond.

Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us before returning. After we verify the issue, we will cover return shipping and provide instructions.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will process it to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to any shorter period required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. If your approved refund has not been initiated within 10 business days, contact us with your order number.
