Where we ship

Cushionism is operated by Nantong Nitros Textiles Co., Ltd. Shipping options are available for eligible United States destinations shown at checkout. The available options and final charges are confirmed before purchase.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation, before they are handed to the carrier. Tracking details are emailed after shipment when available.

Shipping options and charges

Standard shipping costs $8 for orders below $59 and is free for orders of $59 or more. Express shipping costs $15 and is not included in the free standard shipping offer. Eligibility and charges are shown at checkout.

After dispatch, estimated transit is 3–7 business days for Standard and 1–3 business days for Express. These estimates do not include processing time and may vary with destination, carrier, weather and other delays.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible about address changes, delays, damage or incorrect items.
